The past year has been an incredible journey and we feel so privileged to be able to share it with you. We started out this year standing beside a victorious Kim Davis, where our countless hours of work succeeded in gaining her freedom to live out her faith. Since then, we have had the honor of standing beside many others fighting for their faith this year.


This boy is our hero. He simply loves God and wanted to share that love with his classmates. We got involved when the public school illegally censored him, moved him outside the school, and even sent a deputy sheriff to his home to stop him from sharing the good news. After we educated his school, it now allows him to speak and share freely!

From a 7-year-old kid to a Supreme Court Chief Justice, Liberty Counsel is committed to ensuring justice is found for each person. We have also...  
  • Fought at the Virginia Supreme Court for a student's right to privacy in his school bathroom against the School Board of Fairfax County's demands that he share it with a girl.
  • Worked tirelessly across the majority of states to protect bathroom privacy by advising city councils, churches, individual citizens, and even legislators.
  • Successfully helped hundreds of pastors regain the freedom to live out their beliefs. 
  • Resolved numerous cases involving public school districts discriminating against after-school Christian clubs enabling children to learn biblical values while at school.
