This year, whether helping a seven-year-old public school student, or defending the Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, Liberty Counsel focused on the mission of advancing religious freedom, the sanctity of human life and the family.

• Continuing our defense of Sandra “Susan” Merritt against the pro-abortion California Attorney General, who filed 15 felony charges because of her undercover videos that revealed Planned Parenthood harvesting baby body parts.
• Successfully defending a pro-life student group when the student club’s pro-adoption poster was ripped from the approved location by school officials and trashed. The school district reversed its censorship and allowed a replacement poster to be displayed.
• Winning major court cases on behalf of Child Evangelism Fellowship in Indiana and Ohio to secure the same access and benefits for the Good News Clubs that non-religious groups enjoy.
