A year ago, we warned about the unprecedented threats coming against your freedom. We said that this attack would be coercive, unyielding and highly aggressive. 

In January, we shared that “we are headed into one of the most challenging seasons in our lifetimes that will require each of us to take a stand.” 

This year has definitely been challenging. But because freedom is precious, we resolve to meet the escalating challenges in the nation’s courtrooms, in the legislative chambers and in every realm of public life.

• Won a lawsuit striking down a Florida ordinance that prohibited licensed counselors from providing voluntary talk therapy to minors seeking help to reduce or eliminate their unwanted same-sex attractions, behaviors, or identity.
• Defended the first pastor in the country who was arrested for holding church services. The charges against him were dropped and there are now nightly revivals at the church.
• Won a case defending a California church against an ongoing attempt by outsiders to force the government to discriminate against the church regarding city zoning code.
• Assisted hundreds of churches across the nation in states where government officials are attempting to discriminate against them and shut them down.
