We are pleased to report that a judge has ruled against a Florida Red & Blue' frivolous lawsuit to stop the Florida Marriage Protection Amendment (Amendment 2), denied their request for an injunction to stop advertising and freeze the sponsor's assets. This is a complete victory for Amendment 2.
