This afternoon, a California appeals court in San Francisco issued a crushing defeat to the same-sex marriage agenda by upholding California's law defining marriage as a union between a man and a woman. Mat Staver presented oral argument in this case in favor of traditional marriage. In the opinion, the Court stated, "In the final analysis, the court is not in the business of defining marriage." We are elated with this latest victory.

School Will Stop Discriminating Against Christian Group

Miami Valley, Ohio - We are excited to report that we helped Child Evangelism Fellowship gain equal access to a public school for an after school "Good News Club" this week. The school district was charging CEF for use of facilities while not charging secular groups like the the Boy Scouts. After receiving our demand letter, the superintendent sent a refund check and said that CEF would not be charged any fees in the future.
