CNN recently re-aired the hour-long television documentary entitled "God's Christian Warriors." The program was first aired in 2007, after CNN spent eight days filming Liberty Counsel, Liberty University and its School of Law to gather information for the documentary. The first 19 minutes of the program features late Rev. Jerry Falwell, Mathew Staver and Megan and Mandy Chapman, twin sisters represented by Liberty Counsel in a graduation prayer case against the ACLU.

At least one law student has enrolled at Liberty University School of Law after first hearing about the school on CNN. We believe that many others who see the program will be encouraged to get involved in other ways and make an impact for Christ in society.

Innovate Church Conference

The "Innovate Church" conference for pastors and church leaders is being held this week at Thomas Road Baptist Church in Lynchburg, Virginia. Chuck Colson, founder of Prison Fellowship, addressed the gathering this morning. Tom Mullins, founder of Christ Fellowship Church, will speak this afternoon. There will be a Jim Cymbala concert tonight.

Mat Staver is teaching two breakout sessions about political activity of pastors and churches. Materials from the breakout sessions are available on our web site. You can also watch an online video of Mat presenting the same information he covered for the pastors.
