Liberty Counsel has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Child Evangelism Fellowship of Virginia (CEF) against the Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools regarding discriminatory treatment against the Christian organization. Liberty Counsel represents CEF which holds after school Good News Clubs for elementary school children.
