Dear Member of Congress,
The Biden administration has once again weaponized the federal government against citizens who peacefully protest the administration’s pet projects and radical policies.
In the last three years alone, over 300 churches and crisis pregnancy centers have been attacked by pro-abortion proponents. Although these institutions are protected under the law, not once has the law been used to investigate these attacks.
Instead, the Biden administration has used the FACE Act to send people who merely peacefully prayed in front of an abortion clinic to federal prison.
This is an outrageous selective application of the law, which in itself violates American rights to religious freedom, free speech, and the right to peacefully protest.
As a concerned citizen, and a taxpayer who pays your salary, I am writing to demand that you VOTE YES on HR 5577 and S 3017.
