Stop the Planned Parenthood Protection Act!
HR 12 and S 701, deceptively named the “Women’s Health Protection Act,” seeks to force states to eliminate all legislation and regulations that would ban or even be perceived to “delay” an abortion.
The bill also overturns regulations on partial birth abortions, which have been federally banned since 1992. And it even forces states to drop health and safety measures designed to ensure abortion clinics are as sterile as any other surgical center.
HR 12 and S 701 have nothing to do with protecting women and everything to do with protecting Planned Parenthood’s abortion business.
Already, 213 members of the U.S. House have co-sponsored HR 12. They need just one more vote in the House to make this bill a sickening reality. Please, fax Congress now!

I am adamantly opposed to the U.S. government mandating that states must allow, through the “Women’s Health Protection Act,” the murder of innocent American children.
The Women’s Health Protection Act demands abortion at any time, for any reason, up to birth — overriding and overturning the 1992 federal ban on partial birth abortion.
Additionally, this bill seeks to override every state-based, abortion-related law, including health and safety inspections.
Former Vice President Hubert Humphrey once said, “The moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; those who are in the shadows of life, the sick, the needy and the handicapped.”
