WATCH: Navy SEAL 1 v. Austin Case Update—The Battle Continues...

Jun 3, 2022

Judge Merryday has requested that we add military plaintiffs who reside in or are deployed in the Florida counties of Hardee, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk or Sarasota Counties. We have Navy plaintiffs in these counties. As soon as we add a Marine plaintiff in one of those counties, Merryday will rule on class certification of the Marines. The Navy case will have the benefit of the existing class certification in Texas. The Air Force case is stayed pending the ruling on class certification in Georgia and Ohio. The Army, Coast Guard, and National Guard cases will add plaintiffs in one of the Tampa District Counties. A Space Force plaintiff in the district will also be added.

We are very close in getting class certification for the U.S. Marines. We will not back down, retreat, cower or abandon our objectives to see that religious beliefs are accommodated in respect to Biden's unlawful military shot mandate. And we will continue to press the claim that there is no FDA approved COVID shot available. In the meantime, the pending injunctions in the case remain in effect.
