Well-funded, tax-exempt “student organizations” are paying professional protesters to organize and lead the shutdowns, defacement, and destruction of U.S. taxpayer-funded colleges and universities across the country.

IRS-designated “charities” are abusing their official “charity” status to fund these organizations, whose paid leaders are openly advocating the death and destruction of not just Israel and the Jewish people but also the death and destruction of America — which, itself, is a violation of 18 U.S. Code 2385.

Meanwhile, organizations designated by the U.S. State Department as terror organizations, including Hamas and Hezbollah, are also leading these lawless riots against American institutions of higher learning.

I am writing to respectfully demand that Congress hold immediate investigations into and hold accountable the university presidents, the people, the organizations, and the funders behind the anti-Israel and anti-America campus riots. These people must be held accountable for the laws they have broken and the damage they have done. We must not remain silent as so many did in the 1930s. The consequences were disastrous. Let us not make the same mistake.
