Big Tech's unchecked power threatens our freedom and our voice.
“Silicon Censors” in firms like Google have worked for years to silence pro-faith and pro-freedom perspectives—even as they push their own far-left, radical views. Facebook even banned renowned evangelist and humanitarian Franklin Graham before public outcry brought him back.
And that’s not all. Google has used its massive online presence to manipulate voters—handing Hillary Clinton at least 2.6 million votes in 2016 according to Robert Epstein, an expert who just testified before a Senate subcommittee.
And in 2020, Epstein warns that if Big Tech firms “all support the same candidate, they will have the power to shift 15 million votes to that candidate.” As one Google insider declared on hidden camera, the tech giant intends to “prevent” the next “Trump situation.”
Now is the time to arise and demand that Congress protect our First Amendment freedoms online. Left unchecked, social media titans will only do more to suppress, censor and silence pro-life, pro-family and pro-freedom voices.
And that’s why you and I must demand an end to shadow banning and other tactics that distort and diminish our First Amendment freedoms—and endanger our nation’s free and fair election process.

I am urging you to hold “Big Tech” accountable and to rein in the unfettered power of “Silicon Censors” to manipulate public opinion and even voting. Right now, social media giants like Google, Facebook and Twitter censor online speech—they shadow ban, throttle and silence conservative voices. All while enjoying immunity under the law from liability for what is published on their platforms. They act as publishers while enjoying special immunity given to almost no other company or individual in the communications industry.
Despite their claims, clear, research-based evidence shows that Google manipulates search results in favor of one political party—as Dr. Robert Epstein has demonstrated in his congressional testimony. And this manipulation includes swaying votes to favor just one party.
All this shows that Google—along with other “Silicon Censors”—is far from a neutral common carrier. And that calls into question whether it and other social media giants deserve immunity for content published on their platforms.
This problem MUST be fixed! Our First Amendment freedom of speech must be protected in the 21st century. We respectfully urge the U.S. Congress to act now to secure our constitutional freedoms in the face of unrestrained bias in tech giants like Google, Facebook, Twitter and others. It’s time to ensure our constitutional protections on the Internet!
