Since March of 2020, when lock down orders were issued by state and local governments shuttering businesses, schools, and places of worship, we have led the nation fighting these unconstitutional restrictions. We secured wins at the Supreme Court in December 2020 and again in February 2021. We again led the fight against the 2021 mandates, securing classwide relief for military service members and we obtained the nation’s first classwide settlement on behalf of health care workers.
